Allplex™ STI Essential Assay Q (MH, UU)

Allplex™ STI Essential Assay Q (MH, UU) is a multiplex real-time PCR test that detects seven major STI pathogens including C. trachomatis, N. gonorrhoeae, M. genitalium, T. vaginalis, M. hominis, U. urealyticum and U. parvum. This assay also provides quantitative results for M. hominis and U. urealyticum to distinguish true infection from commensal colonization. This enables comprehensive etiologic identification and supports more accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment in often asymptomatic STIs.
