Allplex™ GI-Virus Assay

Allplex™ GI-Virus Assay is a multiplex real-time PCR assay that can identify 6 major GI virus types (ASV, SV, ROV, NVG1, NVG2, ADV-F) causing acute viral gastroenteritis. The assay can provide even more comprehensive syndromic testing when used with Seegene's other GI assays. Being compatible with Seegene's fully automated system, the assay can be performed efficiently.
