Allplex™ H. pylori & ClariR Assay

Allplex™ H. pylori & ClariR Assay is detects and identifies H. pylori and mutations of A2143G, A2142G and A2142C in the 23S rRNA gene responsible for clarithromycin resistance of H. pylori. Utilizing Seegene’s proprietary MUDT™ technology, this assay simultaneously reports multiple Ct values of each pathogen within a single channel using real-time PCR platforms.
