It demonstrates detection of Enterocytozoon spp./ Encephalitozoon spp., Strongyloides spp., Hymenolepis spp., Ascaris spp., Taenia spp., Trichuris trichiura, Ancylostoma spp., Enterobius vermicularis and Necator americanus. Utilizing Seegene’s proprietary MUDT™ technology, this assay simultaneously reports multiple Ct values of each pathogen within a single channel using real-time PCR platforms.
