Allplex™ GI-Bacteria(I) plus Assay

Allplex™ GI-Bacteria(I) plus Assay is a multiplex real-time PCR assay designed for the rapid detection and differentiation of 9 major bacterial pathogens associated with gastrointestinal infections from human stool samples in a single test. The assay offers enhanced sensitivity and broader Campylobacter coverage, including C. jejuni, C. coli, C. lari, C. upsaliensis, and C. fetus, while also detecting Clostridioides difficile toxin A/B, Clostridium perfringens, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp./EIEC, Vibrio spp., Aeromonas spp., and Yersinia enterocolitica. Utilizing Seegene’s proprietary MUDT™ technology, this assay simultaneously reports multiple Ct values of each pathogen within a single channel using real-time PCR platforms.
