The job holder will be an integral part of the team, ensuring development, evaluation and registration of products for diagnostic microbiology. (change according to the role), in line with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate should be willing to actively engage and contribute their technical knowledge, to aid the progression of portfolio development, bringing relevant products to successful manufacture and commercialisation.

THE ROLE

• Experience of digital printing and inkjet printing

• Knowledge of traditional printing techniques

• Creation and management of electronic artwork and databases of printable files

• Experience with indesign, illustrator and photoshop and have ability to create artwork ready for print

• Understanding of page layout and imposition and colour management

• Experience of operating a programmable guillotine

• Paper handling experience

• Attention to quality and detail ensuring effective high-class production of products

THE PERSON

• GCSE or equivalent in maths and English

• Experience of using computers and various programmes such as Microsoft 365

• Experience with digital printing

• Experience of working in a busy environment

• Responsible and hard working

• Experience of working in a print environment previously

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Proven experience of following process and instructions
