Mast Group wins "Best Patient-Centric Initiative" at the Pharma Industry Awards UK

We are proud to share that Mast Group has won "Best Patient-Centric Initiative" at the Pharma Industry Awards UK!

Our winning entry, "Enhancing Accessibility in Bowel Cancer Screening – The Impact of Mast Group's FIT aid Device", reflects our commitment to making healthcare more inclusive and accessible for patients.

 

The FIT aid device was created following a project with the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), the UK Health & Safety Authority and the English Bowel Cancer Screening Programme to ensure that bowel cancer screening tests were accessible to anyone with a visual impairment. The product supports individuals with visual and dexterity impairments, enabling them to collect faecal samples in a hygienic manner, maintaining privacy and dignity.

This project and award emphasises the importance of Mast Group continuing to create diagnostic tests and products that can be accessed by anyone.
