We are looking to recruit a highly skilled and conscientious PPM Coordinator to join us, based at our site in Daresbury Park. The job holder will be an integral part of the facilities team as well as working closely with the production departments across the estate with scheduling in of services, remedial works and reactive repairs as and when required. The successful candidate should be willing to actively engage and contribute their technical knowledge, to aid exceptional service for both internal and external customers, ensuring legal compliance and effective documentation management.
THE ROLE
· To ensure legal compliance regarding documentation and facilities
· First point of contact for enquiries both internally and externally ensuring the facilities email inbox is managed with all incoming enquiries
· Ensure all servicing is carried out inline with manufactures recommendations and standards well as ensuring servicing is completing on time and appropriately communicated to the relevant departments.
· Maintaining a polite and professional demeanour when communicating with all third-party contractors, suppliers and visitor’s via telephone, email or face to face meetings
· Support procedure coordination across the business
· Ensure statutory deadlines are met and servicing is scheduled in appropriately to ensure dates do not lapse regarding any planned preventative maintenance to essential services and business critical equipment.
· Follow up on job sheets and certificates of completion regarding pending, remedial and completed works
· Coordinate equipment movements across the business
· Working closely with the process improvement lead on manufacturing equipment requiring regular inspection as part of PSSR 2000
· Management of the company fleet of vehicles including maintenance and servicing
· Document and system management on autoscribe to ensure audit trails, document control and lifecycle management are maintained
In addition to the specified duties the PPM coordinator is expected to perform additional tasks that the company may require.
THE PERSON
Essential
· GCSE maths and English
· Experience with PPM planning
· Experience of Microsoft office
· Attention to detail and excellent communication
· Confident in dealing with contractors and third-party providers
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to work successfully with other departments
· Willingness to travel to other Mast locations as required in Bootle and Deeside desirable
Knowledge of CIBSE guidance (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers)
· Understanding of site compliance
